We just celebrated our one year anniversary on July 7! Considering that Kurt's Grandma and Grandpa Rogers are celebrating their 50th anniversary this year and my Grandma and Grandpa Mines shared a beautiful 62 years together, we realize this is very small step in our journey. However, it was still a milestone in our young marriage and we were excited to celebrate it. :)
We went out to dinner, had some champagne and went on an evening boat ride down the Rhine River.

Here was the boat we went on: "Vater Rhine" (which means 'Father Rhine'). On board, there was a live band, dancing, food and drinks. It was so much fun!

It got a little chilly so we moved on inside the main cabin :)
One year and counting....

Good for you guys. You have a great man there, he fully impressed my wife while in PA. That is hard too do.
